- March 1989
- Begins operation as Kochi Factory of Hase Koki Co., Ltd., processing and assembling parts of Stacker Bundler for Gunze SOZ Division
- May 1991
- Becomes independent company from Hase Koki Co., Ltd., incorporating as Sankei Co., Ltd., with capital of 20 million yen. Begins processing and assembling parts of automated small-pouch packaging machines as cooperating company of Topack Co., Ltd.

- Moves office and factory to Sanbashi-dori, Kochi City

- Builds No. 2 Factory, moves lathe and finishing departments
