Kariya Farm has been in the business of farming root vegetables in Ino-cho, Kochi, for fifty years, or three generations. Our work begins with preparing a field for ginger and finishes with the processing of ginger into the final products. The powdered ginger we make is 100% natural with no additives. We are proud of its scent, pungency and flavor distinct to ginger raised in mountainous fields with red soil, which tends to keep nutritive substances of vegetable from seeping into the ground. We are confident and proud to provide our customers with safe and genuine powdered ginger.
