Masu Seisakusho Co., Ltd. was founded in Kochi in 1956. We have manufactured 400,000 speed changers and reducers since then.

We have established ourselves as a leading manufacturer of motor transmission machinery, making over 400,000 speed changers and reducers. Our products include speed changers and reducers, portable sawmill machines, the Sea-Horse continuous turbid water treatment system, boring machines for geological research, and the Net Haulier small-size rotating fishing net roller. We design and manufacture a wide range of gear machines at reasonable prices, even accepting orders for one unit at a time. We can manufacture machines having the same level of functions as ones made by Yamaai Seisakusho, Oya (ODS), and Ooto Seiki.

The portable sawmill machine we manufacture received both the Local Industry Prize of Kochi Local Industry Grand Prize and Idea Prize of Kochi Eco-Industry Grand Prize.

We can commercialize wood produced from forest thinning. Our machinery can convert standard timber to high quality timber and both cut costs and add higher value to products.

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques

We have manufactured more than 400 thousandgear changers and reducers since established. Slide-key method is applied and therefore possible for precise gear-changing while rotating or on halt, with inportant features as noise-controlled, compact size, lightness and reasonable price. We have released mobile lumber sawing machine. We are also manufacturing continuous turbid water treatment device "Seahorse" which is suitable for any construction or civli engineering working sites, and brackish-water separator (hot spring water degassing equipment.

Speed changer/reducer
-The device enables accurate shifting operation through a sliding key system whether the machine is moving or not.
-Chrome molybdenum steel is used for both the gears and shafts, which are strengthened by carburizing quenching for extra strength.
-Quiet in operation, as well as small, light and inexpensive, our speed changers/reducers can be installed at various angles, sideways, horizontally, and vertically.
-Our products are economical because they consume less power and suffer fewer problems than inverter machines made by other manufactures.

High cutting work accuracy: diameter of rim saw/96.5cm, max. length of raw wood/6m(pillar), diameter/40cm, weight/350kg. (max. diameter of 1m can be processed according to the way of milling). Sawing up capacity per day: more than three cubic meters with more than 80% of material yielding. No need for cutting water: First setting of saw last for many hours, capable of cutting frozen wood.
