Our clients are mainly manufacturers.
We challenge everyday not only to meet the requirement from clients, but also discuss together with them to provide the products of higher quality at lower cost.
Our business is to convert the order receive as drawing to three-dimensional shape.
Also our aim is to show our knowledge and experience accumulated, adding the manufacturer's side of view to client's point of view, during the discussion to convert the design in specification into actual 3-dimensional form.
In order to meet the customers' complex orders, we have installed the 3 of simultaneous 5-axis control machines.
Except for major manufacturers who own the above machines for manufacturing, research and development of their original products, there are only about 10 companies including us in Japan who are able to deal with subcontract.
The analysis by making full use fo CAD/CAM system, control technology and machining ability to form the the clients' need into actual shape, is our pride.

Secret users

Our clients are in various industry.
We deal with many trial products which we are not able to disclose the name of companies because of industrial secrets, but there are many well known companies.
One of the few companies which can be disclosed is "Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology"(JAMSTEC). This is an independent administrative institution who is researching about the climate change, earthquakes and investigation of underground resources such as methane hydrate, etc.
For this company, in January 2011 we have delivered a machinery part called turbine motor which is used for digging the ocean floor. Although it is called a motor, the ower source is water. It's mechanism is by setting many fans in the tube and moving these fans with the stream of water to obtain the rotational force.
We have delivered 1 set of this motor, but will deliver another set of improved version this year.

Specialty in small quantity and wide variety production

One of our specialty is a small quantity and wide variety of production.
Nornally, the trial production is time-consuming and require a lot of energy.
Therefore it is tend to be avoided by other manyfacturers, but we think by challenging many trial products will result the accumulation of knowledge and technologies. It is like working and studying at the same time.
As we have said our specialty is a small quantity and wide variety of production, but recently there are many occasions that we deal with reproduction of trial products. We dare to say this as reproduction, not as mass production, and we think this kind of needs will continue to increase.
The material of fan is mainly metal, but sometime there are materials which are difficult for machining, such as extremely hard titanium and caking inconel (nickel base alloy).
For example, 150mm diameter/75mm height fan-shaped product takes about 4 to 5 days for stainless steel, and about 20 days for inconel.

For the product with slewing motion needs to check the dynamic balance.
There is a need of correction and adjustment of dynamic balance for reducing the amount of unbalance in order to rotate the axis of revolution, rotating disc and tools smooth at higher speed. This will improve the rotational performance.

3 axis

Not only fans are our products.
We are also specialize in parts machining using heat.
We can provide the techniques of brazing, welding and shrink fitting, cool and fixing the metal to another metal which is expanded by heat.
We are manufacturing many products at 2 of our plants by applying the technologies mainly cutting and welding of metals.
At techno plant in Techno Industrial Park which is registered as where our headquarter is located, we are manufacturing parts for mainly construction machineries, hydraulic organization and parts with abrasive resistance.
At precision plants, as it is named with the word "precision", we are manufacturing fan-related products, which is located near Nankoku Interchange of Kochi Expressway.
The business headquarters are located at different place, together with sales-related division and parts storehouse, also in charge of research and development, final adjustment of parts and assembly in addition.
In recent years, we have developed a specialized tool for difficult-to-machine materials in 2010 by making full use of advantage in cutting technology, and business headquarters were in charge for development plan.

Expanding possibilities

As already explained, we have accumulated the experiences mainly in "fan" related products, there are new movement happening in recent years.
Since Great East Japan Earthquake, you may also feel that way of thinking regarding electricity and electric power generation.
The natural energy power generation and small power generation are the 2 main powers which have been focused.
For past 6 months, we have heard about planning of small power generator by thinking ahead to increase the needs, and there are also some inquiries.
Making large turbines for power generation is a specialty of major manufacturer, but making small size turbines for small hydro/power generation is our fruit of technologies which we have been improving by manufacturing fans.
This needs shall increase more and more, and we thing that there will be more chance for us to fully demonstrate our technology.

Geothermal power generation

As for small power generation, there are some practical movement which our company is related.
The experiment of "Small geothermal power generator" will begin from April 2012 at Beppu City, Oita, mainly carried out by the company which we closely connected.
This is a plan to install the generator in hot water supply lines of hot spring sales company to households in this city, and we aim to develop the generator with the level of 100-200kw which is able to cover the electricity of 200-400 households.
There is no big enough hot springs in Kochi, but rains a lot and there is a plenty of water.
If the practical application is possible for highly efficient and low cost small hydro power generator, it can be used at anywhere. And we are happy and excited to see our turbines would be used at various places in Kochi.

To provide a chance to show the technologies

According to the development of internet, the handicap is reducing that company is located in Kochi.
From the start, we have an advantage in transport cost because of small quantity and wide variety production, but it is becoming easier to work because we can now discuss about design drawings via emails.
Also, inquiries and requests are increased from the clients who found our website.
When we have installed 5-axis control machine, we wish to become a company who can propose well and manufacture the good products. The development of internet environment is supporting our business as we have wished.

There is one more thing that we thought about when we aimed to be a "proposal-based company".
We felt that there is only few places (companies) to accept the person with excellent skills who comes back to Kochi.
There may be no choice because of limited size of manufacturing industry within the prefecture, but this would give person a hard time to have no places to demonstrate the skills even in a hometown.
We wish to become a company to be able to accept as many technicians with excellent skills as possible who are trained outside the prefecture by improving our technology level.
