Our company was founded as Katashima Motors Limited Company in 1965. We started the sale and repair of marine vessel engines and also began manufacturing, selling, and repairing fishing machines in 1976. Since then, we have dedicated ourselves to improving our machines for high efficiency, labor and energy saving, and safety. The company name was changed to Katashima Creation, Co., Ltd. in 1992. The fully automatic fishing net cleaning machine we have uniquely developed was patented in 1994. We respond to customer requests in selling products such as fishing boats, pleasure boats, marine diesel engines, outboard motors, marine goods, and shipping chandlery, including hull fitting and developing and manufacturing machines to meet your needs.

Type A-10M fully automatic fishing net cleaning machine

We are the first developer of fully automatic fishing net cleaning machines in Japan. They are highly evaluated for their quality by various users, including the National Center for Stock Enhancement, Fisheries Research Agency, Fisheries Research Institute in Kochi Prefecture, and other customers. Please make good use of our machines to save labor when washing fishing nets.
Type A: The net is rolled up around a drum mounted at the back of the machine. It is ideal for cleaning aquafarming nets that are not very large due to the limited capacity of the rolling drum.

Type B: The cleaned net is rolled out the back of the machine onto a platform so even long nets, like fixed fishing nets, can be washed effectively.

Frozen feed slicer

This is an excellent machine with which to slice frozen feed for fish farming, producing feed for alevin (baby fish), which weigh around 10g, and fish weighing 3kg at 2 years. It especially works well for alevin because of the feed's smoothly sliced surface. The cutting action does not produce granules so it provides high feeding efficiency, resulting in good growing rates.
The cutting blade is the most important part of the machine. We use a high-strength steel blade to prevent declining performance. It makes four slices in one rotation.
