Our company name SEG stands for "Sheet metal""Engineering" and "Group".
"Sheet metal"means to us, one of the metalworking to create 3D structure from 2D sheet by combining the technology of precision metal sheet processing, craftmanship and client's design and drawing. Therefore, "Group of Engineers to work on Sheet metal" is the origin of our company name.
We are always corresponding from small-lot production to mass production for precision sheet metal, canning and assembly work. We deliver about 1000 to 1300 items to numerous clients everyday. All of our products will be registered in our production management system, not only the mass production items but even a single trial product in order to manage the quality, machining processes and delivery time.

We are always aware of "KAIZEN", in order to be valued by the clients for on-time delivery of the high quality products at low cost.

December 1963: Established Ryowa Kogyo Co. Ltd
Aoril 1969: Increased in capital to 9 million Yen.
July 1989: Merger of Takenaka Kogyo Co., Ltd,
August 1989: Introduced turret punch laser machine
January 1991: Merged with Nankoku Press Factory Co., Ltd and changed trade name as SEG.

This is our main plant: specialize in assembly of large agricultural machines like rice husker and threshing machines since we have established. Even now has an excellent reputation for assemlby large items using spot welding machines.

This is our welding and pipe bending devision plant: Outstanding technologies and skills of 3D-bending of large diameter steel rod using pipe bender and complex-shaped products made by automatic welding machines are quite remarkable.

This is our material-processing devision plant: Our technologies and skills of precision process machining by using laser process machine, turret punch press machine leading the agricultural parts processing industry in West Japan in the level of precision with our long-term experiences.
