Developing generators contribute to an environmental affairs.

Sky-Denshi is specialized manufacturer of specialized coil, precision and preproduction coils. We answer various needs by using our fostered skills. We make smalll coils and deal with the companies outside of the prefecture. Then, we converted to a new business by using our specialized skills. And in 1999, we joined the project hosted by Local Clean Energy Commission, and we took charge of developing a generator. In order to contribute to an environmental affairs, we developed generators for an emergency use, small wind power generator, and micro generator that can use renewable energy as wind and water. We used to sell a control device manufactured by affiliated manufacturer. But since manufacturing generators became our main business, we started developing, making and selling our own control device in order to bring out the efficiency in generators.

We provide trusted products

Our coreless generator's output is from 35W to 20kW. A generator with more than 1kW output is rare, and we provide it to many manufacturers. We develop our own generators which use clean energy as wind and water, but nowadays, some manufacturers make same kind of generators. However, because of our accumulated skills, our generator is much smaller and larger output compare to other similar products. We cleave to make all the parts inside of the country in order to not only lower the cost but also maintaining the quality. Since we can make high quality and safe products, people say "Talking of coreless generator, it's Sky-Denshi!" .

Full of enthusiasm, "hybrid emergency exit light"

Using our manufacturing technology of generator, hybrid system of sun and wind is utilized as a hybrid emergency exit light. Capacity of capturing wind energy is crucial, and our product has Version type windmill, and its power coefficient is more than 0.3. Moreover, since a set of our own generator and control unit makes it possible to generate electricity with great efficiency. We used to install 324 LED lights with 24W of electricity consumption, but latest product, which has broader light range, has 8 of high efficiency LED lights with 17W electricity consumption. A blade of windmill is made of styrene foam coated with glass fiber and paint, and its structure gives safety in case of breakdown. The reason for installing a vertical axis wind turbine is that it has small noise. Kepping an environment in our mind appears in this product.

Hybrid generating system without anxiety

We care about using hybrid generator in this emergency exit light. Existing solar street light can not charge energy nor light a lamp if hours of sunlight is short or there is a bad weather. Our hybrid generator can charge energy 24 hours without sunlight if wind blows. Our porduct can light a lamp for a week without charging energy. Our product costs more compare to existing solar street light. But we think that it is necessary to consider the relief at the time of the disaster above all. Moreover, our guide light is made with lower cost compare to a same kind of products from other companies. Our guide light has better cost effectiveness than the same kind of products with vertical axis wind turbine from other companies.

Delivery record

There are 12 emergency exit lights in Okitsu Shimanto-cho, and they have been working for 6 years without any trouble. More than 20 lights are installed in other areas regardless of the prefecture. Several thousands of our generators are installed so far, and we would like to increase the customers of this Version type windmill with our own generator and control unit. Moreover, in order to expand the market, we will try to make a new exit light with output of 5kW to 10kW with not pole tye but tower type. We have a plan to test run for the exit light with output of 3kW.

Generate electricity while training "Bycycle-power generator ENETRE"

Using our know-how of manufacturing generator, we made "Bycycle-power generator ENETRE" through a joint development with Kochi University of Technology. A generator is set on a bycicle training unit, and it can convert power to row a pedal into electricity. It was developed to experience how much electricity you can generate. It can be folded and easy to carry. After the earthquake in 2011, we brought it and battery to Iwate prefecture, and it took part at the place of local education.

We do not acquire ISO, but we ship the products after having tested enough operation of the product in our office. That makes us possible to provide high quality products. In order to expand production and marketing of the generator, which became the company's main business, we will keep improving quality of our products. We expect that the demand for street light and guide light will increase, and we will take effort to develop the products with higher quality. In addition, about the control unit, we aim to develp a control unit of 3kW from existing the one of 500W. At present, there is the development request of the generator of 50kW, and we intend to work on a plan. Even if we had a turn of business, we maintain a technique, know-how, the trust that we cultivated from the establishment of a business, and we would like to advance in all sincerity.
