Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
Mainly for environmental plant and various recycle compactors (metal-press machine, plastic recycle compactor, etc.), various machines and devices for Zero-Waste Society.
Main product line 1
Plastic recycle compactor (device) Possible for continuous input, plastic materials input from hopper will be cut and compressed, banded together to decrease the volume to 1/6~1/10.
In case of bits of plastic mixed in, there is a useful function of either manual or automatic plastic-bag wrapping system to be chosen. Disposal amount : 0.7~4.0t/h

PET bottle recycle compactor (device)
Volume cut to 1/10. Even the capped bottles will easily be processed by piercing function. Recommended model of the Council for PET Bottle Recycling.

Plastic bag-removing device (single-axis drum-type)
No tangling of bags and lines due to the application of specialized single-axis drum(up-down pin) method. Its structure is simple and easy for maintenance, space and energy-saving. Free to layout, two functions (ripping and removing) can be installed separately and choice of either hopper or conveyer-type when input the waste according to your plant's layout.

Waste can and crush-type metal press machine, Combination use with magnetic, nonferrous sorters and feeding conveyer is possible.
Combustible bulk-waste cutting machine (device)
Waste wood, tatami mat and other combustible bulk waste can be processed efficiently in constant size.
