    Katsuo no ippon zuri is a traditional method in Kochi for catching bonito with long poles.

    Katsuo warayaki tataki

    Seared bonito using only rice straw. Eat it with a sprinkling of salt, which brings out the flavor of
    the fish. It is so delicious that it will leave you speechless.
    *Katsuo warayaki tataki was introduced in the TV program "Manten Aozora Restaurant"
    on Nippon Television.

    Ocean-caught buri warayaki tataki

    Tenpijio from Kochi
