June 1987: Start own workshop at Nankoku City, KOCHI

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques

As company overall, we hold about 90 national licences in more than 30 categories and offer the maintenance service as well as design, manufacture and modify the various industrial machine. We also manufacture, process and assemble the machine parts.
We are especially capable of developing the original materials and trial production for below related products -
nuclear power/Ministry of Defence/stage installations/theme park/ chemical instruments/medical/food and environmment/pressure vessel/heat exchanger/various tanks/piping, together with CO2/MAG/MIG/TIG welding of stainless-steel, aluminium, bronze and titanium.

Stainless steel monument

Developing and manufacturing the stainless steel monuments which are fun to see such as whale-shaped or helicoptor-shaple wind generator and metal foliage plants.
We will develop this kind of product as for contents industry to bring economic effect.

Main product line 2

Biomass energy stove

In the process of research for the low carbon society, we have jointly-developed woody biomass stoves with Kochi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center.
Use cedar/cypress thinnings, wooden chips and wood pellets as heating energy, raised the burning rate by rotating punching kiln holizontally. In this way, the combustion rate will be stable for a long time.

Various Welding Processes

Our company has the largest number of employees among the companies in Kochi that are qualified to receive welding-related technique certifications. We are able to perform CO2, MAG, MIG, TIG and other welding processes. Our wide range of products includes, but is not limited to, industrial machine parts, amusement park rides, and parts for nuclear power plants and Defense Ministry-related facilities.
