Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques

We are in the top 4 of heat treatment companies in Japan equipped with "Large furnace and cooling facilities" capable for maximum weight of 15t and length of over 6m.
We have established the uniformly-heating and cooling method as a result of research and development of cooling facilities, quenching hanging-jig, inserting method to heat treatment furnace, to prevent the problems occur for special steel parts such as temperature and burning imbalance and deforming.
