History

June 1951: First president Toshiyuki KARIYA opened private workshop "Kariya Tekkojo" for machine processing business
1965: Constructed sub-plant for canning and welding works
1971: Purchased a land and constructed new plant at present address
June 1980: Enlarged canning, welding and assembly plant Existing plant became full machiery plant
Novemver 1983: First president Toshiyuki Kariya became Chairman and Shojiro Kariya took up his post as President
August 1985: Enlarged plant on the south of present premises
August 1987: Opened assembly division in adjacent plant, loacated in the east of main plant
August 1989: Opened canning division in adjacent plant, loacated in the east of main plant
May 1990: Enlarged main plant
August 1991: Company name changed to Kariya-Tekkou Co., Ltd.
February 2010: Received 24th Kochi Local Industry Award

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques

We are manufacturing original model of cranes and compact waste plastic granulating machines.
As for the processing works, we deal with hollow-forming, machine processing, canning, welding, SR/shot processing and lathe processing.
With the history of 60 years, we wiil keep chanllenge for the new possiblities and to meet clients' request by applying our various high-standard processing techniques.
