We have been in busines for 50 years. Our continuous production from precision machining to plating and assembly will easily meet your various request for cost, delivery time and sample productions.

Since the establishment in March of 1961, we have been operated as subcontract plant for mainly plating and machining. Expanded our business by receiving orders from various clients in and outside Kochi prefecture to maintain the management stability.
The key for SMEs to expand their business is technology and personnel development. We are focusing on to enhance personnel resources by making full use of workshops and distance-learning system, and with 64 employees who passed the national proficiency qualifications (by 2012).
As for the facilities, we are also willing for the prior investment for further improvement to meet clients' request for new type of platings and precision machining.

We will advance efforts toward "new, precision and special" products based with our longtime techniques. And to meet any demands as envinronmental-friendly company.

Kochi Seiko Mekki is a only company ijn Shikoku area which actually received an order for environmental-friendly lead-free solder plating "Copper-Tin Plating (Sn-Cu Alloy Plating)

History

March 1961: Started business as Suzue Mekki for specializing in electric plating with capital of 3 million Yen
October 1966: Opened iron work division
May 1982: Increased capital to 20 million Yen
June 1982: Purchased adjacent plant and enlarged premises of office/iron work division
February 1991: Relocated and newly constructed plating plant at adjacent land
March 1991: Changed company name to Kochi Seiko Mekki
April 1993: Reconstructed warehouse and 2nd machinery plant
June 1996: Partly reconstructed machinery plant
December 2005: Obtained ISO : 14001
September 2009: Completed the construction of Nagaoka plant

We can provide various platings, also capable of making production samples applying our know-hows.

Gold, silver, copper, nickel, noneletrolytic nickel, tin, copper-tin, trivalent chrome, hard chrome, zinc galvanizing (chemical coatings of chromate/trivalent), alumite (hard/coloring), pickling, black oxide finishing(alkaline coloring), etc.

Main product line 2

Specialize in platings of flexible rotating substrate. Also making production samples for copper-tin plating, nickel/gold plating and others.

We are also capale of barrel platings of coupling parts and terminals. -silver(gloss/matt), nickel(furring/stress relaxation), tin(alkalin bath/acid bath), copper-tin(lead-free solder)

Together with cooperative firms, we also deal with process that takes time such as heat treatment and assembly, etc.

Additional to machining, NC lathe with milling boring bar, NC grinding machine, mirror grinding machine, shot blast and fabric coating, also equipped with facilities of hard chrome plating in the same plant which makes possible to manufacture the roller by consistent processing system.
