31 October 2006/Interviewed by Mainichi Shimbun for the article "Pin hopes and future on deep seawater". 23 June 2007/Our research paper of new salt production system received an award from Japanese Society of Multiphase Flow. 1 September 2008/Introduced new salt production system. 8 January 2010/Out salt removal method of bittern became patented. (Patent No. 4435053).

History
- February 1998
- Former president Mohohisa Nagata and volunteers from Muroto City established company for manufacturing and selling falling-net salt and 100% bay salt made from Muroto deep seawater
- 2003 2004
- Introduced New Regional Consortium Project of METI and began development together with Mr. Yasunori Matsumoto of KUT Regional Alliances of new salt production equipment and Succeeded to develop above new salt production equipment in 2004.
- 2005
- In order to improve the value added for above equipment, introduced the SME Venture Challenge Support Project and we began to develop the process of increasing minerals in above salt and powderization device of bittern together with KUT Regional Alliances.
- 2007 Installed
- partialy a co-developed new salt production equipment. Received an Article award by Konsou-ryu society.
Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
In order to improve the purity and mineral characteristics, we adopted salt production system without exposing to the air (reverse osmosis membrane device).
All of our products are made by 100% Muroto Deep Seawater.
"Safe" deep sea salt -"Muroto-no Shio", "Shinkai-no Hana"
"Muroto-no nigari(bittern)" -to make Tofu with well-balanced minerals.
"Noshuku Kaisui 24" eightfold-concentrated deep seawater suitable for breeding saltwater fish.

[Muroto-no Shio]
Salt made from 100% Muroto Deep Seawater which piped up from the depth of 374m offshore Muroto. "Muroto-no Shio" was produced by salt production system which we joint-developed with instructor Mr, Yasunori Matsumoto from Monozukuri Research Laboratory of KUT Regional Alliances. This common salt is well-balanced in mineral and taste. Available for household use : 450g/1kg
