Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
Shinwa Giken is a manufacturer of wet wipes, uniquely-shaped pocket tissue, paper napkins, nonwoven fabric products made from various roll state materials (papers, nonwoven fabrics and cotton, etc.)
Number of business inquiries from abroad increased significantly and at the same time we are busy filing a patent application in order to deliver our products to overseas.
In the years ahead, developing unique yet more competitive machines will be our aim for the future.

Base paper will be spliced, folded, cut, impregnated, stacked and discharged to the next process automatically. (patent issued)

This is high-speed full-automatic machine. Base paper is cut into shape by roller and discharged to the packaing process. Then, three sides of each package sealed, serum will be poured in following by the complete sealing of package and cut into a finished product.
