We are always creating an action based on our concept of "human and nature". Our machine tools of YZ series are designed and produced to improve the relationship of user and machine.
Normally, machine tools seem to have cold and plain appearance, but machines produced by Yamasaki Giken are real "gentle" both by touch and apperance.
For example, positions of handles and levers of "mono-lever" device are designed based on ergonomics. Two levers and a switch are combined to achieve the user-friendliness, enables to operate the machine just like your own hands. More features available.

- Established Yamasaki Internal Combustion Laboratory at Kamobe, Kochi
- December 1957
- Develped outboard engine, exported to Latin America and Australia

- Developed Nonstop BB-type transmission

The YZ-series of milling machines by Yamazaki Giken are all designed and produced to promote the trusting relationship between machines and workers. For example, our processing guidance feature which does not require NC-program and stick-shaped mono-lever devices enable to handle the machines like as one of your body parts.

Vertical 2-axis type
Long-selling machine. 4 types available including YZ-8WR. Table sizes : 1400x350mm, 1400x400mm, and 1600x500mm. Taper chief axis : #40 and #50. Manual-handle of Z-axis can be used like boring machine, fit comfortably in your hand.

Vertical 3-axis type Normal-operation by handle and lever, guidance support for processing works without any complicated programming and NC-programmed operation, all of above functions can be used according to the purpose. Automatic tool changer (ATC) is available as an option, makes easy to process upto about 100 pieces.Double-housing open style, compact mother machine. with standing-type centered control panel. Horizontal type
Suitable for large items or anything with large number of processes. Yamasaki Giken's horizontal milling machine is table-type and therefore capable of processeing the item much larger than table. Automatic Tool Changer(ATC) is available as an option.
