Our Steel frame construction technology policy, <'safe / strong / quick'>, can deliver you security and satisfaction using WAWO construction method.
Arcreate Corporation's basic principles
By creating disaster-resistant and environmentally-friendly space, we can provide safety and comfort while protecting human life, property, culture, environment.
Policy initiatives
1. Simple is Best (reducing the number of parts will reduce the force applied to the joint therefore enable to increase productivity)
2. By combining WAWO construction method and an innovative technique, it could eliminate the four major damages (structure branching out from an diaphragm, backing strip, scallop, end tab) for wekening of earthquake resistant level. Our aim has always been to strengthen the earthquake resistant level and increase manufacturing efficiency by confirming to building strucutural diversity

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
Slot method: No sub-assembled prefabricated construction method compatible with complex structure.
No-flange method: Diaphragm will not branch out from the piller so have 2.5 times more earthquake performance than heretofore.
Wave Welding Method: Horizontal welding technique using a sudden large current from the back of non-beveling edge.
Rear Backing Strip Welding Method: Welding rear backing strip, an alternative and improved version of backing strip.
Columella Method: Reduce the number of crane movements and storage space by antecedently arranging the pillers.
Slot method
Method for welding piller compatible with complex structure without having to cut. No piller cutting means beautiful appearance from outside and will not have a transverse shrinkage. It has 2.5 times more (proof stress x deformability) earthquake resistant level than heretofor.

No-flange method
Diaphragm will not branch out from the piller so it fits well to the wall and because it can reduce the number of parts used upto 75% maximum, 25^40% of welding points, 30^50% of welding section, 30% of diaphragm weight, 30% maximum of manufacturing hour, it will lead to shortening of construction period while allowing to have 2.5 times more (proof stress x deformability) earthquake resistant level than heretofor.

Wave Welding Method
Horizontal welding technique using a sudden large current from the back of non-beveling edge. Using narrow groove will eliminate the use of backing strip so reduce the amount of welding as well as electricity (30^40%). At the same time, it will reduce the discharge of Co2 meaning it is an environmentally friendly technique.

Rear Backing Strip Welding Method
Welding rear backing strip, an alternative and improved version of backing strip on to daiphragm. Just like the wave welding method, it reduces the amount of welding as well as electricity (30^40%). It also reduces the discharge of Co2 meaning it is an environmentally friendly technique.
