- Established machinery company at Takasu, Kochi as an affiliate plant of Seirei Industry Co., Ltd. (former Kyowa Noki)
- May 1976
- Purchased new plant and relocated from Takasu, Kochi City to Oko-cho, Nanakoku City
- November 1979
- Merger of Katayama Seiki with capital of 10 million Yen
- November 2000
- Merger of Kochi Imono Kogyo and increased in capital of 12,5 million Yen

- Closed the casting division of Kochi plant
- April 2005
- Purchased the adjacent land of carpark of main plant as an industrial site

- Started the operation of Katayama plant at Katayama in Nankoku City as for machinery division and induction hardening division

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
Mainly for machining, there will be no restrictions for materials/shapes/amount of order.
As for aluminium casting, we are adopting the gravity casting which is suitable for medium to mass production, we deal from raw materials to machining and assembly.
Also, we are developing the new products by installing turning center at new plant.
