We are environmetally friendly company that invented and released the non-polluting press-in machine, "Silent Piler", first in the world during the time when construction pollution was recognised as a major source of environmental contamination. Also, developing a new technique and method based on scientific validation, we can also define ourselves as 'innovative emerging company', promoting construction revolution while ensuring 'Five Construction Principles' (ideal state of the construction industry from tax payers' point of view) are strictly obeyed under every conditions. Backing of scientific verification are obtained from the collaborative research with the University of Cambridge and International Press-in Association(IPA). At the same time, being the founder of press-fitting and having the forty years of construction know-how, we seek improvement in technological strength and rise in position within the industry from a hardware and software point of view. Press-in method has allowed us to accumulate impressive results not only in Japan but also in over forty other coutries. In 2021, it was selected for the government's Strategic Program for Accelerated Space Utilization (Stardust Program), which promotes the development of innovative technologies for unmanned space construction, and the advantages of gravity-independent press-in technology are expected in space.

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques

The Silent Piler', a press-in machine released in 1975 is purely a domestic machine as whole process of discovering the principle and practical application were all done without technological introduction. Using the reaction force of a pile which has been already driven, the next pile is driven into the ground with no vibration and no ambient noise but by just adding dead weight using hydraulic force. Ever since from the first machine, an ultra-high hydraulic technology, 69Mps which is nearly 3 times more compared to other companies back then is used. Technological innovation such as automatic operation, environmental conservation technology, hard ground support, information-oriented construction, the company is continuously growing.

Gyropress Method

In Gyropress Method,a newly developed Silent Piler,so called 'Gyro Piler'is used.Gyro Piler is a Silent Piler that rotary function is adopted to superiorities of Press-in Method. Using tubular piles with cutting bits attached on pile toe and its 'press-in and rotating' power, only the damaged part can be resected meaning it could carry out regeneration works and reinforcement works without removing undergroud structures. Contstructions can be carried out with less work proxesses and least negative impact to surrounding environment including economic activities.In addition, the completed structure has ideal level of quality.(NETISregistration number:KT-060020-A)

GRB system Method

GRB system is the construction technology which performs all of piling works such as pile conveying, pile pitching and press-in work on top of completed piles. All machines are self-supported by holding existing piles with less risk of overturning. Temporary working platform or detour road is not required even at waterfront, narrow land, slope and low overhead clearance condition since influence range of work is minimised to just the width of those machinery. GRB System enables to construct just wall structure which is its original purpose of construction without any temporary works.

Hard Ground Press-in Method

Hard Ground Press-in Method is a method using 'the Coring Theory' for press-in with simultaneous augering, making sheet piling at hard ground such as boulder, gravel and rock possible without losing superiorties of Press-in Method. This dramatically expanded the sheet piling range. Augering is applied just for a driving assistance purpose. It does not decrease baring capacity of driven piles, because the least volume of soil is discharged and ground disturbance is minimised.

Underground Development Product

Under a concept of 'culture on ground,facility under the ground' , underground development product is the new project we have started to focus. When constructing an earthquake-proof underground car (bicycle) parking space 'eco-park','eco-cycle', only incoming and outcoming space will be needed on the ground level, leaving the rest of the space to create all kinds of amenities. While solving problems with abondoned bicycle and troublesome parking, we contribute to build an attractive,both beautiful and functional communities nationwide.
