Ice cream with roasted eggplant flavor
Aki Group Farm was formed with eggplant farmers as the primary operators of the business. We use only fresh eggplants we grow ourselves, slowly roasting them on charcoal for use in the ice cream. During the production, we can see the smiles of our customers enjoying the toasty and unexpected flavor of eggplant ice cream.
Aonori dried laver seaweed ice cream
Suji Aonori, a kind of aromatic green laver seaweed that is farmed in Muroto deep sea water, is the main flavoring in our ice cream. A fresh aroma is released when you open the seal of the ice cream container. The ice cream looks like fine green threads sprinkled on a piece of slightly green Japanese washi paper. It is very popular as a Japanese-style dessert.
