Toyokuni has been a well-established "swordsmith" of the hammered blade of Tosa since 1946.
The traditional technique of making a hammered blade has been passed down for generations from the Edo era to modern times. We make and sell cutting knives, hunting knives and high-quality knives made to order. We sell more than 18,000 items by mail order, including outdoor knives, and also service them. We also ship Japanese blade products by Express Mail Service to overseas customers. Articles about the use of our products in agricultural work, mountain forests, hunting, bamboo crafts, log cutting, and log stoves have been published in BE-PAL and other magazines focusing on outdoor activities. We accept blades and cutting knives for recycling free of charge.
