Each fish species exhibits different types of behavior, activities and patterns of hunting prey. Seafloor Control thoroughly studied these to create the shape of our metal jig. We have conducted numerous tests mainly in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of Kochi, but also in the Seto Inland Sea, the Sea of Japan and the East China Sea. Each jig has been tested for one and a half to two years. Kochi, where Seafloor Control is located, is the home of jigging because of the wide variety and size of fish there. Fish are now being exposed to various types of jigs because of the recent boom in recreational fishing. Only jigs which have achieved proven results will be considered for sale under the Seafloor Control name. None of the metal jigs of Seafloor Control is made merely because we think "maybe this kind of shape will work." Each one is designed through a careful and thorough study of its shape, movement in small tidal drafts and fall speed so fish will touch the jig with their mouth naturally or even attack it.

Abyss

All-around item that reacts in various situations

Performs the basic movement of slow pitch jerk and can be adapted to perform even more functions.
A next-generation jig which reacts to slow pitch. When jerking, it is easy to steadily control the moving distance of the jig for a long time, enabling it to draw the attention of blue-skinned fish with strong swimming ability.

Arc

Dual-action item that can perform both uplift and fall actions.

Because of its large silhouette, the jig can effectively attract fish.
Can be used in places where the tidal current is relatively slow and also where strong double-stage currents meet.
Arc is a finely finished product that is easy to operate when approaching fish in either uplift or fall actions.

Spunky

This model is designed to react well in locations with double-stage currents and for insertion to the fishing point.

The indentation made on the back of this jig works to alleviate the pressure of pulling so it keeps pace when reeled in quickly, even though its basic movement is a slow pitch jerk. It works especially well beneath double-stage currents that are hard to approach with a rector or gawky. It has a fast fall speed and good insertion ability to the fishing point.

Cranky

All-around cutting-edge metal jig which can be used under any tidal current condition.

When uplifting, it makes small and constant jerking movements and changes direction. It can approach a fish that is unlikely to bite it, with narrow movements in a small range. The jig has a fast fall speed and is easy to use as a pilot jig, even at different depths.
