Special Imo Kenpi
Kenpi longish nimbly using the center part of the potato
We choose only the part which is near to the center of King of the sweet potato "Koganesengan" in particular and cut it long nimbly and use it. We make deep frying in oil of the original combination twice, and we finish potato Kenpi which is brilliant in gold by the original manufacturing method in relation to starch and sugar.
