Dabada-hifuri 1.8L
Kitahata Kochi region contains Taisho, Towa, West Tosa, that are located in the up stream area of Shimanto river, are the Kochi prefecture's best chestnut production center. Dabada-hifuri is shochu born as native district article for sale of these 3 areas in 1985.
Kuri Shochu Dabada Hiburi-Shochu distilled alcohol made from Japanese chestnuts (in porcelain containers)
Chestnuts comprise 50% of the ingredients of this shochu, which is distilled at a low temperature so the chestnut aroma is retained.
You will sense the aroma spreading in your mouth and a soft sweetness caressing your taste buds.
Unprocessed pure rice sake "Mutemuka"
The pesticide nonuse rice which we brought up with eco-friendly paper multi-cultivation and organic fertilizer on Shimanto's clean land. It is the unprocessed pure rice sake which carefully handcrafted only this reliable safe rice and malted rice to raw materials. The raw liquor is alive. Please keep it by "refrigeration" after the purchase.
Rose-colored liqueur "Dabada Rose"
With the chestnut shochu, and a purple potato which a local farming family made without using the pesticide, it is healthy, and is mellow, tasting it is not too sweet like normal liqueur. And it does not have the smell as shochu has, and has neat refreshing taste. This totally new taste would satisfy Liquor likes, and non-drinker would like it too.
