We are operating our business with basic policy of "S&Q"(speed and quality) and from October 1999, we have been accredited certified by Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA). However, we had awared that there was no insecurity of our company management. And we cancel accredited certification in March 2012. Meanwhile, we had no indicated matter from JQA. More than 25 years of experiences as your partner of outsourcing!
From planning to final assembly and inspection, we are equipped with full-line system and approved for necessary works when installation.
Also, we have a good relationship with local universities and public research organization, and capability to develop new products.

Overview of products, facilities and manufacturing techniques
Additional to twin dies pelletizer (pelletizing machine),citrus squeezer and non-tank type inspection machine, we are expanding our business to machine making related to primary industries such as citrus fruits extractor, bell pepper sorting machine, etc.
Also, we are fully equipped with facilities like cutting-edge large machines and joint-developed the nonpollution anti press fitting machine, feeding compressors(800m) of ready-mixed concrete, using an integrated manufacturing system from processing through assembly.

Twin dies pelletizer
We are adopting our original twin dies system and have an excellent production ability in cost effectiveness when comparing with other pelletizers.
The pelletizing temperature as low as 50C is the deciding factor for manufacturing excellent quality of bio-fertilizer and feed.

Non-tank type LPG cylinder inspection machine
This is to inspect cylinders without using the tank.
Consecutive processing on conveyer of feedwater, checking, drainage and drying.
We have adopted the way of calculating each amount of increase by measuring the pulse number with our original method of using the survo motor-drive pressure cylinder.
