Authentic Flavors from the Fishing Town of Mimase
We have been in the business of making kamaboko fish cakes for over 70 years since beginning operations in Nagahama, Kochi City, in 1942. Our company motto is to make products with outstanding flavor.
Our kamaboko is made from small white meat fish caught off the coast of Kochi. We buy them every day at the fish market in Mimase, a local port, starting at 3:30 in the morning. We use the best and freshest ingredients.
In addition, we have developed a specialized technology that enables us to extract the authentic flavor and taste from fish and make kamaboko with an "al dente" texture as well.
