With our 60 years of experience



We deal with manufacturing, processing and assemlbly of variuos machinery parts by applying our high-quality welding techniques 60 years of experiences.
By applying our techniques which accumulated by receiving various orders of parts for manufacturing and processing, not only meeting the custormers' needs but also aim to become a company to be able to propose new ideas to make better products.
Recently, we are actively develoing our original machines and equipments in order to grow out of subcontractor into "manufacturer".
We will improve the line-up of in-house developed products, software, research and development division to expand and support employees' dream.



Delivered by various ways


Not many companies within the prefecture require our products and therefore most of our customers are outside Kochi.
Rate of receiving orders within the prefecture is only 15% of total sales.
We did overcome our handicap of time and cost as a result of inconvenience of the transport by providing the products with high cost-performance, excellent level of quality, adherence of delivery period and most of all, reliability to our products.



Gears
Gears are one of our main products which have been manufacturing for more than 30 years and they took 3 to 4 years before recongnized by the clients. The conventional products are mostly made of cast steel which takes long time to manufacture and often cause a problem in the strength of the gear.
We have applied the method of welding the forging ring to round-shape block of iron, and as a result, we are able to manufacture in less than half delivery period of conventional products.
These are used in various marine vessels, large machineries and gear for operating apparatus of sluice.


Blow molders
The blow molder is used for manufacturing various plastic containers which is also one of our main products. We are receiving the orders and even appointed for assembly of numerous parts from major manufacturers.
Recently, our products and machining techniques are recognized and we have started to manufacture the mouthpiece, the core of blow molder which is the front part to push out the resin.
The manufacturer using our blow molder with mouthpiece monopolized the supply of container for major mayonnaise manufacturer, which means the products which are produced by using our parts are able to find in the fridge at most of households.



Cranes
These can be ordered from companies within the prefecture.
We are manufacturing and installing custom-made cranes at the places where ready-made items cannot be installed because of the problems regarding height and sizes, another word, at the places which avoided by other companies in the same trade.
Recently we have installed the equipment with ideas such as suspending device at ceiling where partially lack of height. We receive several orders a year of manufacturing and installing the cranes.



Original skills even as semicontractor



We try not to concentrate receiving orders from certain companies. According to this policy, our production system is "small lot and multi-product production", and therefore there are various type of items are manufactured at the same time in one plant.
The small lot production is usually time-consuming but we think this is a chance for us to accumulate the total techniques and skills and to build a network with companies in various fields.
These techniques are applied not only for improving the quality and manufacturing complex items.
The subcontractors are always under demanding pressure of cost-cut from clients. We need the techniques for the complete cost management and deliver the better products within the restriction of fixed cost in order to obtain profit. This can be said another meaning of "techniques".



Cutter & Mixer-kun



We are subcontrator but also actively developing original products.
Mini waste plastic granulator equipment "Cutter & Mixer-kun" which crushes the waste plastic like plastic bags into granulated form, is our first memorial product.
In 2008, we have received the request through granulator machinery manufacturer whose asked by planting materials sales company for developing the machinery to be able to treat the plastic bags used for seeds.
The machine should have 3 different functions such as fragmentation, pulverzation and granulatio, small in size and movable. We have completed the development in about a year with advice from plastic treatment company in prefecture, and diplayed in the exhibition at various places from following year. Also, in the same year we have applied for Kochi Industry Award and won the prize of "Industry Award".
This is expensive, but we have sold 18 of this machine so far. And even now we are trying to improve the function to be able to process completely even for the plastic bags which are low in quality.



Label cutter-kun



The processing unit of seals and labels was our next target for development. We were asked by seals and labels manufacturer in Osaka wether we can develop this unit just at the time we were seeking the way to apply the techniques of shredding.
There will be reticular frames left when seals are made. Usually these frames are processed by rolling them up, but frames made of paper or films also have adhesive materials at the back. It is very difficult to be processed and in the case for major manufacturer the cost for this process is very high. Therefore if these frames are completely shredded, it becomes easy to be processed as well as can be sold as raw materials of recycled resources.
Before we have developed this machine, there was only an expensive German-made equipment which can only process papers. Therefore our client was very happy that "Label cutter-kun"is low at cost and at the same time enables to process films.
For the future, we will actively make a sales pitch to label manufacturers at the time they expand the production lines.



Share the profit and to become a long-life company



To reduce as small as possible the loan except for capital investment is one of our basic principle.
Also, we aim to maintain the stability of management and levelling of orders by holding the ratio of receiving order as 20% at maximun for each client and by accepting orders from all over the country.
The most important factor for company is its permanence, therefore non-debt management and levelling of orders received are the essential elements.
As an addition, we think that development of human resources is another crucial factor. It takes at least 5 years to become professional in welding even a person has a good sence. Once most of our employees are advanced age and only few young which we were feeling anxious about tradition of skills, but now number of your employees are increased and they work and learn together which we feel most reassured.
We are confident about our manufacturing technology and even more we will develop the human resources in order to expand our field to soft and research side. We are now recruiting the new talent to lead for the bright future.
